1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MapsLeads ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. MapsLeads is operated by MapsLeads SAS.

2. Description of Service

MapsLeads provides a web-based platform that allows users to extract publicly available business data from Google Maps for B2B lead generation purposes. The Service includes data extraction, filtering, exporting, and integration features. Credits are consumed per lead extracted.

3. Account & Credits

You must create an account to use the Service. Credits are purchased via one-time payments and never expire. Each extraction consumes credits based on the modules selected (Base: 1 cr, Contact Pro: +2 cr, Reputation: +2 cr, Photos: +3 cr). Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful B2B prospecting purposes. You may not use extracted data for spam, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable data protection laws (including GDPR). You are responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with local regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology of MapsLeads remain the property of MapsLeads SAS. The extracted business data is publicly available information; MapsLeads does not claim ownership of this data. You are granted a limited license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

MapsLeads is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of extracted data. MapsLeads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless otherwise required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
